About Moove4LIFE

Moove4LIFE is designed for busy people over 40 who want to stay active, strong, and mobile every day. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve cardio, or enhance mobility and balance, this program fits your lifestyle with flexible, effective workouts.

I’m Kim Robertson, CanFitPRO Certified, with 30 years of experience teaching indoor cycling, Pilates/yoga, strength training, HIIT/bootcamp, and online coaching. I'll be your coach in the Moove4LIFE program. My approach blends variety and structure to keep workouts fun and sustainable.

Personally, in addition to doing Moove4LIFE strength training, mobility and the monthly challenges, for my cardio I focus on running and cycling. For running I typically train for and participate in half marathons, and have completed a few full marathons, including the Goofy Race & Half Challenge.
