What is your subscription cancellation policy for MooveMix App Fitness and Wellness program subscriptions?

    First time subscribers can contact us at customer.care@moovemix.com, for a full refund with the first 7 days of purchase.

    Ongoing subscribers can cancel at any time and they will no longer be billed for any upcoming months (or years for yearly subscriptions) but they will be able to continue to access the app and their program for the remainder of their subscription period.

    How long are shipping times?

      Your products must first be fulfilled by the manufacturer and then shipped.  Many products are created "on demand" to ease the burden on the environment, and most products are shipping internationally, so please be patient.  In total you should expect it to take between 15 and 30 days for your product to reach you. 

      What's your return policy?

      We accept returns - but we ask that you consider your purchase.

      If you receive an item that’s not quite right we can assist you with finding the right solution. As a business that is making considered decisions every day to be more accountable we encourage you to do the same. Frivolous purchasing with an intention to return is a habit we do not support, please remember that the process of returning carries an environmental cost to our planet.       What happens if I receive the wrong item?

        If there’s an issue with your order -- if its not the size you ordered, wrong color, or defective - then simply notify us at customer.care@moovemix.com, and we’ll help you return your product so that we can send you the correct item or provide you with a store credit.

        Do you offer exchanges?

          If for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know at customer.care@moovmix.com, and we will do our best to rectify the problem.

          Do you Ship Internationally?

          We currently ship to Canada and the US.

          Am I Liable for Customs and Duties on My Order?

          You are not likely to be charged customs or duties for your order, but if you are, Moovemix does not cover them. These additional costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are at the receivers expense. For further information regarding payable customs, duties or taxes please check with your relevant customs authority. 

          Can I Cancel or Make Changes to My Order?

          All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and dispatched the following business day. If you have made an error with your order please contact our Customer Care team immediately and we will do our best to assist you prior to dispatching your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change your order once it is placed as our warehouse team will promptly prepare it for dispatch and the window to make changes is very limited.

          How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

          It takes between 24 hours and 5 days for your order to be dispatched/fulfilled.  Once it has been fulfilled you will receive a shipment notification.  

          Our Canada and US estimated delivery time frames are between 15-30 days.

          How Do I Track My Order?

          Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a shipment notification. This will include a tracking number so that you can track your order via the carriers website.
