AMRAP Body Weight Leg Workout

Who doesn't love a good leg burn!? How much can you handle?

Challenge yourself with this AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) style bodyweight leg workout, that will also get your heart pumping and require some work from the triceps chest and core. Full body bonus!

Complete as many rounds of the prescribed circuit as you can in 4 minutes.

When you are done rest for 1 or 2 minutes and then try it again.

AMRAP Circuit

1. Stationary Duck Lunge (8x each side)

 

2. Squat Thrust (5x)

 

3. Alternating Lateral Lunge (8x)
