10 Minute Full Body Stretch

This 10 minute full body stretch is perfect after any workout, on a recovery day, or as a great way to start the day off right.  With nice long 30 second to 1 minute holds on each of the positions you will be able to settle in and get the most out of every stretch.

The routine covers a full range of stretches for both upper and lower body which will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to get after it once again.
